Included with HandScript personalized cards (A-7, A-6, A-2, or A-1 sizes)

·   Card printed as shown in catalog or on website www.hightouchsolutions.com  (custom cards require art fee, see below)

·   Brief card message in standard font like Times Roman of up to 10 words (e.g. like a greeting card sentiment) or . .  .

·   Extended card message in standard font up to 100 words on botom panel, or 200 if using both top and botom panels.

·   Salutation imaged in your own blue ink Computer HandScript or in one of ours (Genuine HandWriting extra, call for quote)

·   Personalized P.S. up to 25 words, imaged in your blue Computer HandScript or one of ours (call for HandWriting)

Included with HandScript personalized leters (#10, Monarch, or 41/4 x 8-1/2)

·   Preprinted (nonpersonalized) black body copy & variable (personalized) salutation and P.S. in blue HandScript.

·   Optional: To personalize both the black body copy and the blue HandScripted salutation and P.S., add 5¢ per side.

Envelope treatment applicable to both cards and leters

·   Addressee & return address imaged in your blue Computer HandScript or ours on 24# white wove outside envelope.

·   Optional: your return address can be printed on the back flap of the outside envelope for an additional 2¢, if required.

·   Reply envelopes are included with leters containing reply devices and are preprinted black 1/0 on 24# white wove stock.

·   Optional: reply envelopes can per personalized on the back if you do not use a reply device, for an additional 6¢ each.

Letter Shop

·   Fold, insert, seal, stamp, add PostCode if requested, sort, tray and mail.  Extra data work is $90 per hour, as necessary.

Not included are the following one-time & optional service fees

·   Set up fee of $195 (covers cost of converting data to HandScript and seting up forms) and $70 per version, if required.

·   Optional: If custom art is desired, we can use what you supply or create commissioned art at the rate of $90 per hour.

·   Postage (will be billed at actual rate and must be received in advance of mailing).

·   Optional: CASS Certification to ensure you get the lowest possible postage rates ($9/M or $49, whichever is greater).

·   Delivery to USPS ($49 minimum, or $4.99/M, whichever is greater).

·   Optional: strategic design and copywriting (quoted by project).

Special Offer available for orders of at least 5,000 placed by December 30 and mailed by February 28

·   Custom HandScript is free (if mailing less, custom HandScript is $300 or standard HandScript is free)

·   Postcode is free, so your bulk or nonprofit mail will look first class (if mailing less, Postcode  is 2¢ ea).
